His Dad Mark Gainforth is the best Boys Basketball Coach in the Whole Thumb Area for the USA Patriots. Got his 400th career victory this past season as well too. Won the Class C District Title against the Cass City Red Hawks at Ubly HS. Beat the No. 1 in the State of Michigan in Class C the Flint Hamady Hawks at Sandusky HS. Isaiah scored 31 points in that game to the upset win. Played Baseball too. Good Pitcher & played on the Division 3 District Title Team in 2001. Lost to the Reese Rockets in the Division 3 Regional Championship Game at Bad Axe HS. Played Baseball at SC4 in Port Huron, MI. His Brother Shaun was a good athlete in his days in 1993-97 & his Megan was a good Softball Player for the USA Patriots in 2002-05. Catcher on the 2004 & 2005 with Sarah also too. Brynn Polega was unbelievable in the Division 4 State Championship Game. Top 5 on the all-time record in Strikeouts in the game she had 15 K’s in the 3-1 victory over the Kalamazoo Christian Comets at MSU in East Lansing. He is 36 years old right now. Good worker & coach. Dedicated person. Loves to be there in his community he grew up & raise there in his whole entire life. Good Friends with Kevin Vermeersch. Both of them love to compete against one another.
