Despite New Lothrop Hornets losing there good QB in Avery Moore to Graduation & off to Grand Valley State University in Allendale, MI in the 2020 Class. Clint does a good job as a Head Coach of the New Lothrop Hornets Football Team & Program still. Got hired by Former Principal & Sandusky Superintendent Mike Carmean in the off-season in 2009. Done a great job with those players on a year in & year out basis. Won the 2018 Division 7 State Championship Title against the Heavily Favorite Madison Heights Madison at Ford Field in Detroit on Thanksgiving Weekend. Came so closed to beating the Pewamo-Westphalia Pirates in the Division 7 Regional Championship Game at home which I would called that one my Division 7 State Championship Game instead. Lost by 1-point. Best team I covered as well too in 2019 High School Football Season on the road against the Frankenmuth Eagles at Frankenmuth HS. Beat them 46-22. Avery Moore had a brilliant night at QB for Head Coach Clint Galvas. New Lothrop Hornets will have a good squad no matter what they lost a lot or not. They got a good program there anyways. Clint is a good Football Coach. Knows how to take this squad a long ways away. Done that one quite of bit in the past years. He is a players coach. Hard working individual each & everyday. Also the Teacher at New Lothrop HS. Played for Head Coach Dennis Reinhardt for the Montrose Rams in his days. Member on the 1998 Class CC State Championship Squad for the Montrose Rams Football Team. Learn a lot from Dennis Reinhardt in Clint’s playing days & now be a good Head Coach in Football. New Lothrop is where they are at now. Like Montrose was in the past years. Doing that one in dignity & class. Friendly guy indeed. Respects his players at all times. Knows how to get the best out of those players time & time again. Get those Football Players to Wrestle in the Winter Time for the upcoming Football Season each & every year. Seeing why, they are successful at that department. Wrestling is good for Football period. New Lothrop won State Titles in Wrestling & won 2 in Football already now in 2006 & 2018. Wrestling is good for Football period. Seeing good results on the stat sheet. Lead to League Titles & State Championships. Moving on to the College Football Level & NFL as well too. New Lothrop is a good Football & Wrestling Team on a year in & year out basis.
