No. 1 Overall Pick in the 2018 MLB Draft by this Organization. Played his College Baseball for the Auburn Tigers in the SEC Conference. Pitch in a brutal SEC Conference in his time being there in Auburn. Made him a good MLB Pitcher now for the Detroit Tigers Baseball Team.
His Development has come along very nicely indeed. Got a good work ethic & attitude about himself these days of ages we live in now. Good mindset about what he wants done right at all times for the Ball Club. Good demeanor on what he wants to accomplish for the Organization in the upcoming years. Dedicated individual guy. Wants to be there to the end.
Solid in the New York Yankees game on Friday Night in the Cold Weather Conditions at home. Didn’t get the decision. Team got a victory in extra innings. Casey has good stuff. Good movements on his pitches. Saw him froze a lot of batters on called strike 3 in 2021. Made them hit the Baseball as well too. Done a good job with this Pitching Staff so far so good.
Go from one good Manager to another good Manager right now for the Detroit Tigers Baseball Team. Ron Gardenhire did a good job with Casey in 2020 & now AJ is doing a good job with him in 2021. Both of them are good with the players on there developments to be successful down the road in the MLB. Casey is a good student of the game & listening to details about you need to do on mound at Practices & Games. Go at it 110% at all times period.
Threw 2 No Hitters at a Minor League Games in 2019. In the Farm System for the Detroit Tigers Minor Leagues. We will see him throw a No Hitter in the future years too in the MLB. Casey Mize is going to be a Special MLB Pitcher in the upcoming years in Detroit. Keep on going for it more in June on down.
