Dabo Swinney is one of the 3 best Head Coaches in all of College Football for the Clemson Tigers in Death Valley, South Carolina. Won 2 National Championship Titles for this team & program in 2016 & 2018 in his time being there. Took over as Interim Head Coach in 2009 for the Clemson Tigers Football Team. Replaced Tommy Bowden very nicely indeed. Gotten better & better each season for the Clemson Tigers Football Team as a Head Coach. Played College Football for the Alabama Crimson Tide in Tuscaloosa as a walk-on in 1988-92. Played on the 1992 National Championship Team for Head Coach Gene Stallings & upset the Miami Hurricanes at the Superdome in New Orleans on New Years Day Night in a 34-13 Alabama win. 2 good mentors during that time being there to help Dabo Swinney to succeed as a Head Coach in College Football now. Tommy Bowden & Gene Stallings. Those are 2 good mentors there to guide Dabo to success now. Wasn’t a great player but he knew what he was doing as a Head Coach. Had good Recruiting Classes already now in the last 9 or 10 years now in Death Valley, SC. Took a lot of them to the NFL & succeeded very well in that one too. 2 QB’s that did very well for Dabo in the last 7 years Deshaun Watson in 2014-16 & Trevor Lawrence in 2018-20. Deshaun Watson threw the GW TD Pass to Hunter Renfroe against the Alabama Crimson Tide on January 9th, 2017 at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida in his last game as a Clemson Tigers QB. Had a good 4-year career at QB for the Houston Texans. Led the NFL in Passing Yards in 2020. Trevor Lawrence won a National Championship Title as a True Freshman at QB on January 7th, 2019 at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, CA against the Alabama Crimson Tide 44-16 victory. Go 15-0 on the season too. Got another good QB already in the 2021 campaign for this roster too in DJ Uiagaleleli. Also a Big Time Recruit out of High School in the Class of 2020 in California. 2 nice showings in 2020 as a True Freshman at QB. Boston College on Halloween in a comeback variety at home & Notre Dame on Primetime on Saturday Night November 7th, 2020 at Notre Dame Stadium in South Bend, Indiana in a 48-41 lost in 2OT. Played very well in that one in a tough hostile environment he was playing at too. Dabo is one of the best Offensive Genius in all of College Football. Got a good DC in Brent Venables right now at the helm. Had good Defense’s during that time period in Clemson. Clemson will be in that Alabama & Ohio State mixed forever now with Head Coach Dabo Swinney at the helm. That is why, he is one of the 3 best Head Coaches in the nation now. Still the team to beat in the ACC Conference in 2021. One of my favorite Head Coaches in College Football right now.
