Howard Stuart Won His 2nd State Championship Title In His Amazing Career For The Richmond Blue Devils On Saturday At MSU In East Lansing.

Richmond Blue Devils beat the Buchanan Bears in another Pitching Duo in the Division 3 State Championship Game on Saturday at MSU in East Lansing. Shea VanScoter ended her career the right way in this State Championship Game for the Richmond Blue Devils Softball Team & Program. Played 3 years of Varsity Softball. Couldn’t play a year ago because of COVID-19 started on March 9th, 2020. Got her chance to play in 2021 instead. I remember seeing play in her debut as a Freshman at home against the Armada Tigers in BWAC Conference Play. Hit a Home Run in her 1st game playing on Varsity. Remember her hit a Walk-Off Home Run in BWAC Conference Play at home against the North Branch Broncos in the Bottom of the 7th inning to get Richmond a 3-2 win. Won out the season winning 22 straight games. Finish the season at 31-5 overall record in 2021. Pitching duo I covered out there Last Saturday against the No. 1 Team in the State of Michigan the Millington Cardinals at Millington HS in a 2-1 9 inning game win. Worth watching indeed. Won over 1000 games in his amazing 42 years at the helm. Been to the State Championship Game so many times before. Been State Runner-Up quite of few times before. Erin Shuboy threw a No Hitter as a Freshman in the Division 2 State Championship Game at MSU in East Lansing on this day too against Vicksburg in a 2-0 win. Howard Stuart’s 1st State Title in 2016. Very nice guy & knows how to get the best of them anyways. 75 years old right now. Good Coaching Staff right now in Richmond. There doing the job as well too. Congratulations on another State Championship Title for the Richmond Blue Devils Softball Team & Program…….
