Mike MacDonald Will Have A Top 5 Defense In Store For The 2021 Michigan Wolverines Football Team.

Mike MacDonald did a good job in the College Football Opener on Saturday against the Western Michigan Broncos at The Big House in Ann Arbor. Took over for the firing of Don Brown on January 18th. Switch from a 4-3 to a 3-4 Defense instead. It paid off nicely indeed. Held Western Michigan to 14 points in the win on Saturday. Wanna corrected a couple mistakes on penalties one was the taunting one on David Ojabo in the 1st Quarter which led them to a TD on there opening drive. Running into the kicker. That one was questionable call by the refs in the 4th Quarter. Led that to a TD as well too. All in All I was pleased with Mike MacDonald did as his 1st game as DC for the Michigan Wolverines Football Team on Saturday. Wanna see them create a lots turnovers during the course of the season for the Maize & Blue on Defense. They will be a Top 5 Defense in the nation no matter what. Good hire indeed by Head Coach Jim Harbaugh on getting Mike MacDonald as DC in 2021. Had good success as LB’s Coach for the Baltimore Ravens in the last 5 years in the NFL. Also a good Defensive Recruiter in College Football for the Georgia Bulldogs with Head Coach Mark Richt in Athens.

Go Blue Defensive Coordinator Mike MacDonald……….
