When Jim Harbaugh got hired as Head Coach of the Maize & Blue on December 30th, 2014. Brady Hoke made a mess with the team in the last 2 season in 2013 & 2014. The mess started in the Michigan State Spartans Game on November 2nd, 2013 & kept on going thru out the season. Kept on going again in the 2014 campaign. Brady Hoke got fired as Head Coach of the Michigan Wolverines Football Team in Ann Arbor. 2015 campaign took off & Jim Harbaugh made them winners & went 10-3 overall record. 2016 campaign kept on going for more & went 10-3 overall record again. 2017 took the step down went 8-5 overall record. 2018 went 10-3 overall record again. Jim Harbaugh is 38-14 overall record as a Head Coach of the Michigan Wolverines Football Team in his 4 season in Ann Arbor. Build a foundation already now. Never Won A Conference Title. Never Beat Ohio State Also Too. 2016 Game Was A Good Game & JT Barrett Was Short Of The 1st Down On The 4th & 1 Play In The 2OT Section. Jim Harbaugh is a program builder & knows what he is doing as a Head Coach. Build Foundations At San Diego Toreros, Stanford Cardinal, San Francisco 49ers, & now the Michigan Wolverines Football Team. Good Head Coach As Well Too. Look out for the Maize & Blue in 2019. Did a good job as Head Coach in 2015 & 2016. 2018 was a much better squad then it was in 2017. Players buying in the system now. Learning the culture & doing it the right way.
