Tim Gormley has done a good job as Head Coach of the 2019-20 North Branch Broncos Girls Basketball Team. They are 5-3 on the season. Not the most talented team on the court. They are playing hard & getting there all they got this season. Playing with a lot of heart & passion. Getting the job done right. His Daughter Bailey is a Freshman at North Branch HS this season. She impressed me in the 4th Quarter of the Armada Tigers Game on Tuesday Night at North Branch HS. In BWAC Conference Action. Took over the game in the 4th Quarter. Made some plays in key times. She did the things his Dad told him to do. Did that one. Tim played for Head Coach Mike Groce for the North Branch Broncos Boys Basketball in the 1990-91 campaign season. Mike Groce would be proud of what Tim Gormley has done as a Girls Basketball Coach at North Branch. Won A Class B District Title At Cros-Lex HS In 2018. Lose to Detroit Country Day in the Class B Regional Semifinal Game. His Daughter Sydney Won Conference Volleyball Player Of The Year Award At Oakland Community College This Past Season As A Freshman. Mike is got a good 6th & 8th Grade Girls Basketball Team at North Branch right now. Building a program up. We all know they are a Volleyball School. There trying to be a Sports School once again at North Branch. Tim is getting involve of this Girls Basketball Program very well now. Hard working guy year round. Tim is a nice guy. Trying to get it over the hump. Take off to another level. Been there for 5 years now.
