Corey Dennis is the best QB’s Coach in the B1G Conference & also in the nation. Done wonderful work with there developments with the big time recruits out of HS. Justin Fields had a good 2 years at QB for the Scarlet & Gray on Offense. Went to the College 🏈 Playoff National Championship Game on January 11th, 2021 at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida. Lose to the Alabama Crimson Tide 52-24. Got Drafted by the Chicago Bears in the 1st Rd of the 2021 NFL Draft in Cleveland. Head Coach Ryan Day trusted Corey Dennis at that position now.
CJ Stroud replaced Justin Fields at QB position in 2021 for the Scarlet & Gray on Offense. Did a fabulous job with that spotlight a year ago. That was a Ryan Day Recruit in the Class of 2020 out of HS in California. Had a nice Homecoming on New Years Day in the 108th 🌹 Bowl Game in Pasadena, CA. Threw 6 TD Passes in the win over the Utah Utes 48-45. Building that one up nicely indeed now in Columbus.
Kyle McCord filled in nicely for the injured CJ Stroud at QB a year ago against the Akron Zips at home. 52-7 route in his debut for the Scarlet & Gray. Another Ryan Day Recruit Out Of High School In Pennsylvania In The Class Of 2021. Did a good job with that Offense. Threw 2 TD Passes in the “W”. Played a quite a bit in backup duty as well too. Good understanding of the playbook & other ones too. Does a good job with that stuff.
