Brandon Jones will have a much better squad for the 2022 Kingston Cardinals Football season. Still a young squad they got now in store once again. Came dropped 3 balls in the end zone on your Homecoming Game against the Deckerville Eagles on October 2nd, 2021. Lose 24-20 to a good Deckerville squad. I was at that contest. Kingston had a bunch of Sophomores on Varsity in 2021. Now there Juniors this season. 3 Seniors on Varsity now. Best squad Brandon had was in 2019 with Caleb Goss, Quinn Boucard, Aaron Koehler, Jack Green, & other ones too. They where good indeed. GW TD when time expired against Mio on the road in the Regional Championship & lose to the Suttons Bay Norsemen in the Semifinals at Suttons Bay HS on a snowy field. That 2020 Class at Kingston HS was a good group of individuals in Football & Basketball. 2024 Class isn’t as good as the 2020 Class was. Still a good group of hard working dedicated individual guys. Have a good big Offensive Line in play this season. Hit the weight room very hard this off-season. Strong bunch of guys that will carry them over the hump in 2022. Rebuilding Department Process has come in nicely now in the last 2 years. Good 2018 & 2019 squad. Last 2 years have struggles. These times are coming back nicely indeed. Good bunch of individuals players that will take them to where they want to be at in 2022 on down. Never satisfied with any outcome of any practice & game you play in. Wanna keep improving each & every week during the season & also in the off-season. Go for it all each time down now. Go from Point A to Point B on down. Keep that drive going for more to come yet still. Brandon Jones & the team knows that one. Believe in yourself & also the players on the squad. Do this for everyone else in the Kingston Community. Take 1 day at a time & everything in the 1’s category at a time. Make a statement for everyone else & including yourself & everyone that played in the program in the past years. Think of these things you wanna accomplish going forward to the 2022 campaign. Make good strides for the team each time down. Mistakes happen all the time. Fixed the mistakes you made in practices & games. Learn on what you need to do going forward to the season comes along. Make a statement on that one heading into the season starts in 2 weeks from now…… Brandon has a nice group of kids on the squad. 2007 Kingston HS Graduated. Want to win for the community & everyone else that is covering this squad this coming fall…….. It will be a much improved unit for sure then it was in the last 2 years…… Remember that one…… 2019 was a Special Bunch of the Class of 2020 Kingston HS….. I remember that squad. Getting a “W” over the Peck Pirates on there Homecoming on a Saturday Afternoon Game cold one for sure……….
