Jesse Minter has done a remarkable job as DC for the 2022 Michigan Wolverines 🏈 Team in Ann Arbor. Almost got hired as Safeties Coach in 2021 for the Maize & Blue. Instead he took the DC job for the 2021 Vanderbilt Commodores in Nashville, Tennessee for Head Coach Clark Lea. Mike MacDonald did a fabulous job as DC in 2021. Back with the Baltimore Ravens in the NFL on his 2nd stint with Head Coach John Harbaugh. Both of them worked very well together as a team in 2017-20 on Defense for the Ravens. Went 14-2 overall record in the 2019-20 NFL season. Best record in the regular season. Upset by the Tennessee Titans at home in the AFC Conference Divisional Playoff Game on January 11th, 2020. Don Martindale got fired as DC for the Baltimore Ravens 🏈 Team after the season was over a year ago. Mike MacDonald took his position instead. Jim Harbaugh has played the 3-4 Defense with the San Diego Toreros, Stanford Cardinal, San Francisco 49ers, & Michigan Wolverines 🏈 Team at all 4 places. That 3-4 Defense has worked out nicely indeed in the last 2 years. Better stats & results on the playing field. 2021 B1G Conference 🏈 Champions. Jesse Minter & Mike MacDonald are really good friends. Enjoy each others company. Have a good talk together in 🏈 & other ones too. Defense has played a lot faster than they have been in the last 2 years. Went 12-2 overall record in 2021. 7-0 once again now in 2022. Top 10 Defense in the nation. Defense Wins Games & Championships In Sports Period. Despite losing Aidan Hutchinson & David Ojabo gone to the NFL right now. There is a lot of talent on this team anyways now. Lots of good Young Talent on display for the Maize & Blue. Go from Mike MacDonald to Jesse Minter. Impressive stuff everyone has saw now in Ann Arbor.

Mike MacDonald started that 3-4 Defense for the Maize & Blue in 2021. He has made really good adjustments during the course of the game. See that one on November 27th, 2021 against the Ohio State Buckeyes in a 42-27 upset victory in front of your home crowd. Back on his 2nd stint with the Baltimore Ravens 🏈 Team in the NFL right now in progress. Back with Head Coach John Harbaugh. Remember Jesse Minter in his time being there in 2017-20. No. 1 Defense in the NFL in the 2019-20 season. Go 14-2 overall record. Best record in the NFL. Get upset by the Tennessee Titans at home in the AFC Conference Divisional Playoff Game on January 11th, 2020. Got revenge from that one in the AFC Conference Wild Card Playoff Game at there place on January 10th, 2021. Lose to the Buffalo Bills on the road in the AFC Conference Divisional Playoff Game on January 16th, 2016 on Windy Night Conditions in Orchard Park, New York. Bring back memories from both of them anyways. Love one another.

 

 

Head Coach Jim Harbaugh made the right decision on December 22nd, 2020 to fire DC Don Brown. Played the 4-3 Gimmick Defense in 2016-20 in Ann Arbor. Didn’t make any adjustments during the course of the game for this unit. Hired Mike MacDonald as DC in 2021. Go back to the 3-4 Defense instead. Made really good adjustments in his time being there. See good results on the playing field. Play lots of Zone Coverages against the Ohio State Buckeyes at home in a 42-27 upset victory. Mike went back to Baltimore Ravens as DC in 2022. Hire Jesse Minter to fill in that position now. Done a good job with that department. Seeing eye to eye with the players & coaches on the squad now. Went Back 2 Back 7-0 starts. Jim has revamped the Coaching Staff in the last 2 years. Paid the way now. Seeing excitement & energy from those guys on the team anyways. Jim has the trust & confidence of Jesse Minter as DC for the Maize & Blue…….
