Didn’t have high expectations going to the 2022-23 NFL season. Didn’t have good talent on this team at all. Got the most out of those players all season long. Good RB Saquon Barkley. Made a good team out of them anyways. Coaches make a good statement & difference in people’s lives now. Went 10-6-1 overall record in the regular season. Proved all of the NFL experts wrong. Push the players to there expectations all season long. Brian got mentored from Nick Saban & Sean McDermott for the Alabama Crimson Tide in Tuscaloosa & Buffalo Bills in Orchard Park. Good Offensive Minded Coach in all of 🏈. Seeing the players reach there potential right now.
