It is a young team they got now in progress. Learning the Varsity level right now. She is going to get better in the next 3 years. Hit a Grand Slam Home Run in the 1st Game of the DH in Non-League Action. 2-Run Homer in the 2nd Game. Bats: Left-Handed. Good power for a Freshman to play on Varsity. Good all-around athlete Morgan Matisuk is overall. Her Softball skills are impressive. Good knowledges she brings to this level. Making good adjustments at every level she plays in. Her favorite she likes the most. Good Softball mindset she brings to the program. I was impressed with Morgan on Wednesday Night. Dedicated at this sport. Love having her on your team. Mental approach she brings to the table. Let the game come to her. See that one on display. Stay focus on your stuff on the mound & playing at SS & batting 1st in the hitting lineup. Greg Hudie has a good core of Freshman on Varsity right now for the Millington Cardinals Softball Team in the Class of 2026. Morgan is blessed to play for a good Head Coach like Greg Hudie. Won 2 State Championship Titles in his amazing career in 2019 & 2022. Morgan saw them win both of them. Came closed in the 2021 Regional Championship Game at Millington HS. That was my Division 3 State Championship against the Richmond Blue Devils. Lose 2-1 in 9 innings. That was a pitching duo I covered out there. Called that one right. Division 3 Quarterfinal Game at SVSU. Was a pitching duo as well too. Called both of them right. Playing them in the regular season at Millington HS this season. Morgan will face them this time around. Play a tough schedule in the regular season. Greg knows his Softball very well. Morgan her opportunites count for everyone else watching her play as a Freshman. Like her game a lot. They don’t rebuild they reload instead…….
