Finish his 9th season at the helm on Saturday at the Breslin Center in East Lansing. Win the Division 4 State Championship Game against the Kingston Cardinals. Get a 73-54 win over. Great crowd on hand for that contest. Travel 7 hours from Ishpeming to East Lansing. UP Power shown up in that one. Ryan has a 121-76 overall record as a Head Coach for the Ishpeming Hematites Girls Basketball Team & Program in his 9 years. Known for their Football in the past years. Winning State Championship Titles in the Gridiron. Now, they are winning on the girls side of things on the Basketball Court. Lots of depth & really good team speed on display in both games I cover out there on Thursday & Saturday. Score over 70 points in both wins against the Fowler Eagles in the Semifinal Game & Kingston Cardinals in the State Championship Game. Win their 1st ever State Championship Title in School History. Good length as well too. I was impressed of what they did in both games I covered. Proved themselves & everyone else right about them being the No. 1 team in the State of Michigan in Division 4. Played like that one in East Lansing. Fun ride home from East Lansing Saturday Night. Breslin Center in East Lansing was rocking & rolling. Ryan is a very good Girls Basketball Head Coach. Players his style he brings to the table. Shown up in that contest. Speed & Power blind in nicely indeed. Stat to look at too. Mental & Physical Approaches came into play.
