Ryan Fisher played very well this season for the 2024-25 Yale Bulldogs Boys Basketball Team. Left everything he had one final season for Head Coach Garnett Kohler. Played with a lot of heart, grit, & determination all season long. Good team player to have out there anyways. Played an important role for them to win the BWAC & Division 2 District Championship Title. Go to the Division 2 Regional Championship Game at home last week. Left all of that on the line for Garnett all season long.
He unleashed them all in the Division 2 District & Regional Championship Game against the Cros-Lex Pioneers on the road 2 weeks ago & Pontiac Notre Dame Prep Fighting Irish at home last week. Gave it all he had in that contest. Good student of the game & even better in the classroom outside of sports. Smart individual guy all the way around. His hard work & dedication got him to where he is at now. Good leader on & off the playing field. Senior leadership is important in HS sports period. Ryan did a good job with that department all season long. He’ll be missed.
Ryan starts his new journey coming up soon. He will graduate in 2 more months at Yale HS in the Class of 2025. Garnett is missed having Ryan Fisher in the program. Did amazing things on the playing court one final time in a Yale Bulldogs Basketball Uniform. Show me good impressions against the Cros-Lex Pioneers & Pontiac Notre Dame Prep Fighting Irish. Bring back lots of memories in the future years ahead. Did good things in the program. Miss watching him play for good.
