Having the honor & privilege to play for the Legendary Head Coach Howard Stuart during that time being. In the Class of 2025. Graduated already now at Richmond in the Class of 2025. Building a good Legacy for herself & everyone else in the program. Richmond loves their Softball on a year in & year out basis. Her parents is glad to see Katie do amazing things. Going to the Division 2 State Championship Game on Saturday at 10 AM at Secchia Stadium in East Lansing. Michigan State University. Take on the Paw Paw Red Wolves in the biggest game of her career. Wants to win a State Championship Title for the Richmond Blue Devils Softball Team in her final HS Softball Game of her career on Saturday. Bring home Howard Stuart’s 3rd State Championship Title in his amazing Head Coaching career in Richmond. Tons of Championship Trophies at Richmond HS. Loads of them by the HS gym hallway. Richmond is a Softball Town.
Jayden Gohs is a good pitcher for the Goodrich Martians Softball Team. Katie got the best of her in the Division 2 Quarterfinal Game on Tuesday Night at SC4 in Marysville. Get a 6-0 win over the Martians. Going to the Louisville Cardinals Softball Team this coming fall in the Bluegrass State of Kentucky. Play in the ACC next season. Jayden throws 72 MPH for the Goodrich Martians Softball Team. Found ways to get it done in that one. Move on to MSU. Katie had 11 K’s in that one. Richmond play with a lot of heart & determination in the Quarterfinals. Show that grit as well too. Have a good mental approach in practice. Took over to the contest. Won that game in practice on Monday Night at home. Win over 1000 games in his amazing 46 years at the helm.
Grayson LaMarche another standout pitcher for the Escanaba Eckymos Softball Team in the Division 2 Semifinal Game on Thursday at Secchia Stadium in East Lansing. Grayson is going to the Michigan Wolverines Softball Team this coming fall in Ann Arbor. Katie got the best of Grayson LaMarche in that Semifinal matchup. In a 2-0 Richmond win over Escanaba. Katie had 12 K’s in that victory. Richmond scored 2 runs in the 6th inning. That was all needed in that one. No. 1 team in Division 2 going into that contest. Richmond finds a way to get it done right. Take on Paw Paw Red Wolves on Saturday morning at 10 AM in East Lansing. Katie’s last Softball game in a Richmond Blue Devils uniform. Gotta win another practice on Friday. To bring home another State Championship Trophy back home to Richmond HS. She wants a Championship Ring in her resume. Got it earn that one 1st on Saturday. Wants to finish her brilliant career as a State Champion under her belt. Paw Paw is no slouch at all. Gotta be all in for that biggest game of her career. 6 seniors & 6 juniors on the roster in 2025….. Her new chapter & journey has started….
