Manager AJ Hinch has done a good job as Manager for the Detroit Tigers ⚾ Team. Took over for Ron Gardenhire’s position in 2021. Got hired on October 30th, 2020 at Comerica Park in Detroit. Build a good foundation already now in progress.
Won 86 regular season games in 2024. Did good damage in the playoffs. Sweep the Houston Astros in the American League Wild Card Playoff Series at Minute Maid Park in Houston. Go 5 games in the ALDS against the Cleveland Guardians. Lose on October 12th, 2024 at Progressive Field in Cleveland 7-3. Took that momentum to the 2025 campaign. They are 50-30 on the season now in Detroit.
Getting swept by the 2024 World Series Champions Los Angeles Dodgers at Dodgers Stadium in L.A. To start the season out in 2025. They outplayed the Dodgers in that 3-games series on the road. Didn’t finish the game at all. They respond much better after that Los Angeles Dodgers series instead.
AJ Hinch knows what he is doing out there anyways. Has a good mindset of the Game of ⚾. Beat the Athletics 11-4 on Thursday Night at Comerica Park in Detroit.
