Kerry Carpenter is doing very well for the Detroit Tigers Baseball Team in his 1st appearance at the helm now. Hit his 1st career MLB Home Run on Monday Night against the Cleveland Guardians at Progressive Field in Cleveland. This one was a Solo Homer to RF that went 399 feet on that distance he hit out there. His 2nd career was 2-run Homer in the same direction he hit his 1st MLB Home Run on Tuesday Night. Been a nice addition to this Ball Club. Getting the privilege to play & wear the Old English D uniform. Slow player development help him out nicely. Played 3 years of College Baseball for the Virginia Tech Hokies in Blacksburg. Played in the Minor Leagues for the Detroit Tigers Baseball Farm System. Ron Gardenhire started this Rebuilding Mode for the Detroit Tigers Baseball Prospects. Teach them to play the right brand of Baseball. Do the fundamentals of Baseball the right way. AJ Hinch kept that trend going for more to come yet still to come in Detroit. Lots of injuries we have dealt with all season long. Costed us a lot of games in 2022. Lots of unknown players you haven’t seen in the last 3 years in Detroit. Ron Gardenhire in 2020 & AJ Hinch in the last 2 years. Hasn’t disappoint me & everyone else on this Ball Club. Not satisfied with any outcome of any game you played in. Keep improving as a team & also as a individual. Learn on things moving forward to 2022 season. Making his opportunities count now in Detroit. Enjoying his MLB Journey now. Impressive start for this struggling Ball Club. Making them count for this team……
