Allowed 2 earned runs & 2 home runs by Ronny Rodriguez & John Hicks for the Detroit Tigers. Pitch all 9 innings, 11 strikeouts, 0 walks, left on no one on base. Didn’t get no runs support at all. Richard Chirinos was the only bright spot for the Astros had 4 hits & including a solo home run. Proved to be the difference in this one. Daniel Norris pitch 3 innings, Tyler Alexander went 4 innings, Buck Farmer went 1 inning & got the victory, & Joe Jimenez got the save for 2nd year manager Ron Gardenhire. Tigers are rebuilding still. They are playing hard for this manager at all times. Playing for pride for the team to be successful in the near future of this ball club. Ron Gardenhire is a good manager. Houston is a good ball club & still my team to win the American League West Divisional Crown in 2019. They will bounce back. You can’t win them all. Shows that one on the stat sheet. They also got the personal to win the 2019 World Series. Bats where not going very well in this contest on Wednesday Night at home. They have to get back to playing good team Baseball. Do the little things for the team to be successful down the road for the Houston Astros. Ron Gardenhire has done a good job in the rebuilding department for the Detroit Tigers Baseball Team in the last 2 years. Did very well in the last 2 MLB Drafts. Got pitching in the 2018 one with Casey Mize from Auburn & got good hitter in Riley Greene out of High School in Orlando, FL. Left-Handed Batter they got indeed. Got good pitching in the Farm System already now. Future is bright for the Detroit Tigers Baseball Team. Doing the rebuilding department very well. Houston has good players on the squad in 2019. They went thru things in 2012 & 2013. Detroit is doing the same thing now in 2017 thru 2020. They are doing it in the right way. Detroit Tigers are a young ball club. It is a working process.
