Put players in a perfect position to execute better & also at a high level you want to have out there. Adding in WR Stefon Diggs in the off-season from the Minnesota Vikings. That is help out the Buffalo Bills to be where they are at now. 12-3 on the campaign. Look at he did with the Alabama Crimson Tide in 2017 with Jalen Hurts & Tua Tagovailoa at QB for Head Coach Nick Saban in Tuscaloosa.
