Michigan got the best of Vanderbilt in the College Baseball Opener on Friday Night 4-3. Matt Schmidt hit a 2-run homer in the Top of the 9th Inning for the Maize & Blue with 1-out. It was a rematch of this CWS Finals a year ago in Omaha. Michigan was No. 11 going into the this one & Vanderbilt is No. 1 in the land. Michigan got them this time. Both of them will be good NCAA Tournament Teams once again in 2020. Both of them will be good teams in the B1G Conference & SEC Conference respectively in 2020. Lots of good talent on both teams as well too for the Michigan Wolverines & Vanderbilt Commodores on this 2020 squad. They will make a run of this one once again in College Baseball. Erik Corbin has a good squad still for the Michigan Wolverines Baseball Team this season. Tim Corbin is going to have a good squad for the Vanderbilt Commodores Baseball Team once again in 2020. Michigan got them this time. Vanderbilt has a nice core of them as well too. Both teams will win there share of games in 2020. Lots to play for yet for the Michigan Wolverines & Vanderbilt Commodores Baseball Team in 2020. We see a lot of good action from both teams during the course of the 2020 College Baseball Season. Good start to get a victory for the Michigan Wolverines Baseball Team on Valentine’s Day Night.
