Work on other things besides Volleyball. Both of them do a good job with there teams respectively. Represent there Schools very well. Dedicated at there jobs they do year round. Know there Volleyball very well. Work together as a team not like individuals. Go about there business. Win with Dignity & Class. Class Act Individuals. Ryan is the Math Teacher at Cros-Lex HS & Jim is the Superintedent at North Branch Community Schools. Both of them do a good job with there position they are assign to do out there anyways. Math helps you be a Good Sports Coach at any level you are assign to do out there. See that one from Ryan Wilson. Both of them are good at Math. Know how to do both of them anyways. See that one on display. Help your thinking skills. See what they have success as Volleyball Head Coaches at both places. I was impressed with both of them. Do a good job with there teams on a year in & year out basis. Top 5 HS Volleyball Coaches in the Whole Thumb Area. Good winners on & off the court. Support there players & other ones too…… Enjoy talking to both of them wherever I am at a game covering. There focus on there things they need to be done at all-times. Good business people…….. Blessed to meet both of them…….
