Took over for Joe Judge’s position this past off-season. Fixing a lot of Joe Judge’s mistake he made already now. 6-1 on the campaign. Learn a lot of things from Nick Saban, Bill Belichick, & Sean McDermott at 3 different places he was at in the past years. Good Offensive Minded Head Coach in all of Football. Been in the College & NFL Ranks. Good 2 years at OC for the Buffalo Bills in Orchard Park, New York. Develop QB Josh Allen to be with the best of them now in the NFL. Improved that Offense in the last 2 years. Got them to win 3 Playoff Games in the last 2 years. Seeing better results with the New York Giants so far so good. More to play for yet still to come for this roster. Keep building on your performances & carry that one on each & every week. Not satisfied at all period. Want to improve on things going forward to the upcoming games you got on the schedule. Keep playing good Football & go from there on out.
