Done a good job with the revamping of the Coaching Staff in the 3 years. Won 25 games on the schedule in the last 2 years. Paid dividends for the Maize & Blue. See lots of good excitement once again now. Back 2 Back B1G Conference Football Champions. Beat the Ohio State Buckeyes 2 years in a row. Got a good 2024 Recruiting Class coming in now. Lots of good talent on display now. Got hired as Head Coach on December 30th, 2014. Replace Brady Hoke. Did a good job with Brady’s players during that time being there. Program Builder. Looking at that one now on display. True Michigan Man. Fixing a lot of mistakes Lloyd Carr, Rich Rodriguez, & Brady Hoke did in the past years. Rich Rodriguez & Brady Hoke did a terrible job in 2008-14. Once Jim Harbaugh arrived it changed the whole complex around. Win 74 games since 2015. Impressive stuff indeed from this unit.
