Jenna Gremel hit the GW go-ahead 3-run homer to LF in the Division 4 State Championship Game Last Saturday at Secchia Stadium in East Lansing at Michigan State University. Beat the Mendon Hornets 5-4. No. 1 vs No. 2 in the Division 4 State Championship. Jenna wasn’t thinking about hitting a home run. Her mind was to hit a line drive base hit or a ground base hit. Instead took the Home Run in her recipe instead. Couldn’t leave the runner left on base. Did a good job on that department. 4-peat as Division 4 State Champions in 2023. Go from Isaiah Gainforth & Marc Reinhardt. She will remember learning a lot of stuff from Del Benson in the past years. Guide her to success. Learn from the best of them. Loves to compete with the best of them. It is on display for the last 2 years. Likes to play Volleyball. Her Mom Katie is the Head Coach on Varsity right now for the USA Patriots Volleyball Team. She was a 1998 USA HS Graduated. Good Football Class in 1998 for the USA Patriots. Assistant Coach Tommy Betson was on that squad. Go 8-1 overall record. Didn’t make it to the Class C Playoffs. Missed it by 2 points. Would’ve the year to go to the Pontiac Silverdome in Pontiac. The 1997 squad had the talent to do it. Beat themselves against the Bay City All Saints Cougars on the road in GTCW Division Action. No business of losing that game to BCAS on the schedule. Katie in the Class with Tommy in school. Jenna plays AAU Volleyball with a couple of the Cass City Red Hawks in the off-season. Likes playing both sports Volleyball & Softball. Now, she is a Senior at USA HS. Won there 9th State Championship Title in School History last week in East Lansing……
