Ryan Wilson has done a good job as Head Coach for the Cros-Lex Pioneers Volleyball Team since he took over in 2011. Got mentored from Michelle (Huber) McCulloch’s position. Learn a lot from her in 2007-10 as a Assistant Coach. Knows his Volleyball very well. Math Teacher at Cros-Lex HS. Math helps you be a good sports coach. Does both of them very well. 39-6 on the season. See them lose to North Branch in 3 sets on Tuesday Night at North Branch HS. Saw them take on the Imlay City Spartans a Instant Classic Match at Imlay City HS. Win in 5 sets. Beat Richmond twice this year. Lost to them once. Got them a Quad on Thursday Night. Richmond is a much better team then they where before. 5 good Seniors on the roster in 2023. Led by Isabella Edwards. Good Libero in Riley Robertson. Does like his Juniors on the roster in the program. Mention that one to me 4 years ago. While they where in 7th grade. Ava Oleski is a nice player for this roster. She is a Junior this season. Brooke Bolsby is a decent player. Couple more decent players in the Class of 2025. Had the program going in nicely. Credit Michelle on a job well done. Be proud of Ryan Wilson has done in 2011-present. Players like Ryan does for these individuals. Good Coaching Staff on hand. They do a good job with that department. Help out the younger players to prepare for the Varsity level.
