Rachel Sorenson has done a good job as Head Coach for the Ubly Bearcats 🏐 Team. 2nd year at the helm. She took over for Aaron Mueller’s a year ago. She knows her stuff very well. Making a good impact for the program right now. 8-0 in Big Thumb Black Division Action. Beat the Brown City Green Devils 3-0 on Thursday Night at Brown City HS. Sweep the season series over the Brown City. BC has a good team. They played a tough schedule in 2024. Done very well with that tough schedule. That will help them go along ways in the postseason. They went to the Division 4 Regional Championship Game a year ago at Marlette HS. Lose to the Marlette Red Raiders. Marlette loss a lot of good talent a year ago to graduation. Learn from that Regional Championship loss & carry that one to the 2024 campaign. They are getting closed to bring 2024 Big Thumb Black Division Champions. Andy Gusa did a good while he was HC for the Ubly Bearcats 🏐 Team. Retired from that position now. Rachel doing good work with these girls. Impressive stuff I liked from Rachel Sorenson in her 2 years at the helm. Unfinished business & not satisfied at all. Keep building & plugging along as much as possible.
