Maggy Keinath played on Varsity as a Sophomore for the Sandusky Wolves Girls Basketball Team in the 2023-24 campaign. She has contributed right away for the Legendary Head Coach Al DeMott. Got a nice shooting stroke on the roster. Pretty good skills on the Basketball court. Learned from the best of them. She’ll be the one leading the way for the Sandusky Wolves Girls Basketball Team in the 2025-26 campaign. Playing her 3rd season on Varsity. Al is excited to having Maggy play big this coming year. Won 49 games in the last 2 years as a Sophomore & Junior. Follow Morgan Taege, Allysen & Brooklyn Jansen suit in the Class of 2023. Helena Long & Adale Kaufman in the Class of 2024. Grace Guibord, Emma Minard, & Lily Betts suit in the Class of 2025. Maggy has learned from the best of them. Her time taking over the Senior leadership department in the Class of 2026. Played on JV as a Freshman. Got the call up to Varsity as a Sophomore.
Caroline Reinke will lead the way in her 2 years on Varsity for the Sandusky Wolves Girls Basketball Team. Got the call up as a Freshman on Varsity. Done good work in her 2 years for the Legendary Head Coach Al DeMott. Getting the privilege to play for a BCAM Hall of Fame Head Coach like Al DeMott. Good PG to have out there anyways. Good knowledges & see the court very well. Al has done amazing job in his 45 years in Sandusky.
Al DeMott is excited about the future ahead for the Sandusky Wolves Girls Basketball Team. Good backcourt duo Maggy Keinath & Caroline Reinke for the 2025-26 campaign. Lose 3 starters off the roster to graduation. Grace Guibord, Emma Minard, & Lily Betts off the roster to graduation in the Class of 2025. All 3 of them did amazing work during that time being. They will be missed. Start a new adventure. Good JV squad. Got good newcomers coming up to Varsity. They will contribute right away in the 2025-26 campaign. Al will always be Al on a year in & year out basis. Broke Frank Orlando all-time wins in MHSAA Girls Basketball History on January 6th, 2023 at USA HS. Beat the USA Patriots on that night. Got his 800th career win on January 16th, 2023 at Ubly HS against the Ubly Bearcats on their court. 9 Championship Trophies in the last 3 years. 68 Championship Trophies in his 45 years all together in Sandusky. Class Act Individual Guy. Do it in a right manner. Great respect to everyone else in this small community he grew up & raised at. So lucky to having Al as Head Coach. Done amazing work for these girls on a year in & year out basis. Take them to play College Basketball & do something other than sports. Got the name on the Basketball court at Sandusky HS. Living Legend As A Player & Coach. Maggy & Caroline got fortunate enough to play for a coach like Al DeMott….. Good squad once again in the 2025-26 campaign…..
