Lucas Wehner had a nice outing in the Division 3 District Semifinal Game last week in Sandusky. Lose to the Sandusky Wolves 3-2 at Albrecht Field Baseball Complex. Went the distance in that contest. Found his groove. Didn’t get him enough runs in that contest. Won a tournament game against the Bad Axe Hatchets in the Pre-District game. Already now a Junior this coming fall at Laker HS. WR/DE on the Football Team. Strong Forward & Center on the Basketball Team. Pitcher & SS on the Baseball Team. Versatile Athlete in all 3 sports. Head Coach Dave LeVasseur, Bill McLellan Jr, & Ron Dubs loves having Lucas on the team in all 3 sports. Dedicated in all 3 sports. Does good work in the classroom. Take that one to sports. Competitor & winner in all 3 of them. Good ideas & qualities to the program. Good attitude. Coachable person to have out there anyways. Off to travel ball, summer Basketball, & off-season workouts in Football. Busy summer ahead. Follow his brother’s suit Dylan was in the 2022 Class at Laker HS. Wins at the end of the day in all of his stuff in sports & classroom….
