Danny Hale has fixed a lot of mistakes the other Head Coaches made during that time being. None of these Head Coaches never got over the hump like Danny has done for the Sandusky Wolves Boys Basketball Team in his 1st year at the helm. Won 15 games for this unit this season. Danny never had a losing season in his 4 years on JV as HC. Despite getting hired after the School season was over. Never got to play a lot of summer Basketball for this unit. Not having high expectations going into the 2025-26 campaign. See them play a lot of summer Basketball this coming June. Wants to take the next step forward to the off-season rolls around. Teach Defense & Rebounding for the Sandusky Wolves Boys Basketball Team. That takes you a long ways away in the postseason. Look at the Michigan State Spartans Basketball Team under Head Coach Tom Izzo during his 30 years in East Lansing. Won several B1G Conference regular season & tournament titles. Go to several Final Four appearances. Including a 2000 National Championship Title & 2009 National Runner-Up Finishers. Tom Izzo is one of the best College Basketball Head Coaches. Danny went to several Michigan State Spartans Basketball games while he was in College. Breslin Center is a loud hostile environment. Tough place to play in the B1G Conference.
Focus on the Capac Chiefs matchup in the Division 3 District Championship Game on Friday Night at Brown City HS. 7 PM….. Lost to them a month ago at home. Jack Betts got suspended for that contest. 2 technical fouls against the Harbor Beach Pirates on January 9th, 2026 on the road. Jack will be playing this around. Played on 2 Class C District Titles as a player in HS 2015 & 2016……. Wants to win as a HC on Friday Night in BC. Connor Green hit the GW jumper when time expired against the Marlette Red Raiders at BC HS when Danny was a Junior in HS in 2015. Comeback win.
