Jim Harbaugh has done very well with 3-Star Recruits in the last 4 years for the Michigan Wolverines Football Team in Ann Arbor. Despite never beaten Ohio State Buckeyes Football Team at all. He developed a lot of them to be special players on the squad. I saw them continue get better & better each & every year for the Maize & Blue. Figure what areas they can get better in the off-season & going into the season. They run a good Player Development System Jim Harbaugh does for the team to be successful down the road. I don’t mind recruiting 3-star guys on the squad. They will work hard at it all the time. I have seen a lot of them already developed very nicely. Figure out there Strengths & Weaknesses of there Football Game they can work on. Jim Harbaugh has been a our savior of the program already now in Ann Arbor. Building a good Foundation already now just like Bo Schembechler, Gary Moeller, & Lloyd Carr did in 1969-07. Jim Harbaugh is going to do the same thing like those 3 guys before. Those 3 former Head Coaches are proud of Jim Harbaugh have done for the Maize & Blue. Developed those 3-star recruits to be good players on the squad in the past 4 years.
Mark Dantonio has done a good job for the Michigan State Spartans Football & Program in his 12 years as Head Coach of the Green & White in East Lansing, MI. Also had a 3-star recruits turn out to be special players as well too. I have seen them developed & do the work for the squad to be successful down the road. They also run a good player development as well too. They have turn out to be special players when they go along. They have won a lot of games in the past season in East Lansing. Mark Dantonio loves recruiting 3-star recruits & they can be special players going down the road. Knows your Strengths & Weaknesses also too. What areas to work on also too. Mark Dantonio is a good Head Coach in the B1G Conference & also in College Football. Mark is a good Defensive minded coach. He is had 2 good Defensive Coordinators at Michigan State as Head Coach. Pat Narduzzi & Mike Tressel. Both of them are good Defensive guys to have in your Coaching Staff. They know what there doing. Go to a good Player Development Program.
