Jim Harbaugh has done very well with the 3-Star Recruits in the last 4 season as Head Coach for the Michigan Wolverines Football Team in Ann Arbor. Those guys went out & go to practice & do very well at the games. Putting in good work ethics each & everyday in the off-season & go the season comes. Understanding there stuff they need to work on into there time for them to be successful for the Maize & Blue. Jim knows your strengths & weaknesses are out there & what areas to work on.
