Going 5-7 in 2017, going 7-6 in 2018, & 10-2 in 2019. 22-15 overall record as Head Coach for the Minnesota Golden Gophers Football Team & Program in his 3 years at the helm. PJ was a program builder before that one with the Western Michigan Broncos in Kalamazoo, MI. 2016 Western Michigan Broncos went 13-1 overall record that season. Won The MAC Conference Title In 2016 At Ford Field In Detroit. Came up short to beating the Wisconsin Badgers in the Cotton Bowl at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, TX on January 2nd, 2017 24-16. Took the Minnesota Golden Gophers Head Coaching Job on January of 2017 in Minneapolis. They get to play in the Outback Bowl Game on New Year’s Day against the Auburn Tigers at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, FL on ESPN. They got a bowl victory on December 26th, 2018 at Ford Field in Detroit against the Georgia Tech Yellowjackets 34-10. Took over for Tracy Claedys on January of 2017. Got fired as Head Coach in 2017.
