Luke Fickell is my No. 1 choice to be the Head Coach for the Maize & Blue in 2021. Look at the 2020 Cincinnati Bearcats Football Team 8-0 on the season now. Using that talent very well indeed. Good Offense, Defense, & Special Teams they got now. Good QB Desmond Ridder as well too. Good complete package all the way around. Reminds me of a Gary Moeller in his days as Head Coach for the Maize & Blue in 1990-94 in Ann Arbor. Aggressive Play Caller on Offense & Defense. Has the guys & balls to get it done no matter what. Matt Campbell has done a good job as Head Coach for the Iowa State Cyclones in his 5 years at the helm in Ames, IA. Despite playing in the Big 12 Conference. Beaten the Oklahoma Sooners twice in his Head Coaching Career & Texas Longhorns a couple of times too. 7-2 on the 2020 campaign for the Iowa Cyclones Football Team. Had a good run with the Toledo Rockets Football Team & Program as a Head Coach too in the MAC Conference in 2011-15. Took Diontae Johnson to the NFL Draft for the Pittsburgh Steelers in the 2019 NFL Draft. Recruited him out of High School in Florida. Jeff Hafley has done a good job as Head Coach of the 2020 Boston College Eagles Football Team in Chestnut Hills, MA. Finish the regular season at 6-4 overall record in 2020. Gave Clemson Tigers a good run for there money on the road & had a big lead on them & lost the game at the end on Halloween. Did a good job as CO-DC for the Ohio State Buckeyes Football Team in 2019 for 1st Year Head Coach Ryan Day in Columbus. Guide them to a Top 5 Defense in College Football a year ago. Went 13-1 overall record in 2019. Took over for the firing of Steve Addazio at Boston College in 2020.
