Tarik Skubal was solid for 5 innings in the victory over the Boston Red Sox on Thursday at Comerica Park in Detroit. Got a 8-1 Tigers Win. Won the series over the Boston Red Sox also too. That is a good team they where facing in this week’s series at home. Take 2 of 3 in that one too. That is a good sign for this Rebuilding Ball Club for the Detroit Tigers Baseball Team. They have been playing winning Baseball in the last 3 months of the 2021 MLB season. Credit the Players & Manager AJ Hinch & Coaching Staff working together as a unit. They where 8-24 on May 9th. They have 45-34 after May 9th. 53-58 on the season now. They figure out a lot of things they where doing wrong on during the course of the April & early May. Fixed those mistakes also too. Gotten at every category on the stat sheet. Also did like the hire from GM Al Avila made on October 30th, 2020 at Comerica Park in Detroit. On the AJ Hinch hire. Ron Gardenhire retired as Manager due to his health issues he was dealing with. Force to retire as Manager of the Detroit Tigers in his 3 years at the helm. Started the Rebuilding Department Process very well in the last 3 years. MLB Draft have been solid in the last 4 years. Minor League Teams & Farm System has been improved as well too. Go from one good Manager to another one good Manager. Tarik Skubal got off too a slow start of the season on the mound. Gotten better & better each time down during the course of the season. Credit to his Pitching Coach Chris Fetter doing a good job in that Department. That will be a great trio in the future for this Ball Club. Nice performance he had on the mound on Thursday at Comerica Park in Detroit. 7-10 on the season. Made nice strides on the mound. Figure out stuff too. Go from there on out. Matt Manning & Casey Mize is part of that amazing trio right now. Under the age of 25 years. Good young trio the Detroit Tigers Baseball Team is got on the mound right now in Detroit. Take on the Cleveland Indians this weekend at Progressive Field in Cleveland. Hitting was solid & scored 8 runs in that contest……
