Steve Yzerman was Captain on that squad when they won at that place. Beat them in the 1997 Stanley Cup Finals against them too. Also 25 years ago at Joe Louis Arena in Detroit in Game 4 of the 1997 Stanley Cup Finals. Those 8 guys the Detroit Red Wings got now weren’t born they won there Regular Season Game & Stanley Cup Title as well too.
