Roy was on hand in the Sweet 16 Matchup on Friday Night against the UCLA Bruins in Philadelphia. Get “W” over the Bruins in that contest. Get another “W” over the Cinderella St. Peter’s Peacocks in the Elite “8” Basketball Game on Sunday 69-49. Take on the Duke Blue Devils in the Final 4 on Saturday Night in New Orleans. Upset them on Coach K’s last home as an Head Coach at Cameron Indoor Stadium in Durham 4 weeks ago. Played for the Legendary Head Coach Dean Smith in his playing days in 1988-92. Remembers Bill Guthridge also too when he was an Assistant Coach at UNC. They went to the 2000 Final 4 as a No. 8 Seed & lose to the Florida Gators at the RCA Dome in Indianapolis. Dean Smith & Roy Williams is happy to see Hubert Davis doing good work as Head Coach at UNC. Michael Jordan was on hand for a couple of games this season.
