Mike LeGrow is a good HS Football Head Coach in the Blue Water Area Conference & also in the Whole Thumb Area for the Cros-Lex Pioneers. Entering his 3rd year at the helm now. Took over for Garrett Grundman in the off-season in 2020 at that position. Got a 16-4 overall record in his 2 years at the helm. 2021 Blue Water Area Conference & Division 4 District Champions. Lost a lot of good talent off the roster in the last 2 years. Including QB Jake Townsend now going to Northwood University in Midland, MI. Play Division 2 College Football. Big part of there success in the last 2 years on Varsity. Big missed off the roster. Got some good talent in play now. JV squad went 9-0 in 2021. Going to be a Young Squad in 2022. Entering his 3rd year for the Cros-Lex Pioneers Football Team as Head Coach. They take on the Saginaw Swan Valley Vikings in the opener on Thursday Night on the road in Non-League Action. More work to do yet still. This unit will gel together all 2022 campaign. Good Football Knowledges. Use there talents on the playing field. Hit the weight room during the season & also in the off-season. Good Coaching Staff on hand now. Mike has a good understanding of that stuff. Build that foundation on a year in & year out basis. Never satisfied with that one at all. Stay together as a team & also in one family. Stay with the course on a day 2 day basis or night 2 basis. Work as a team not like individuals. Learn on things each & every time you hit the practice or playing field. Hopefully Gavin Espinoza fills in Jake Townsend’s QB position in 2022. Played WR/DB a year ago as a Sophomore. Follow Jake’s footsteps QB position in the next 2 years at Cros-Lex. Good group of young players on the roster. Get along with one another on & off the playing field. That is the key of success in winning lots of games. Michigan Wolverines Football Fan. Saw them beat the Ohio State Buckeyes on November 27th, 2021 at The Big House in Ann Arbor 42-27. Be 2021 B1G Conference Football Champions. Loves Football. It is his passion growing up as a child. Reaching his dream job now as a Football Head Coach. Met up against one another on November 12th, 2021 against the Freeland Falcons at Freeland HS. Lost the Division 4 Regional Championship Game. Went to the Hemlock Huskies as a JV Head Coach for a few years. Played his College Football at Albion College. Journey Men traveling all over the State of Michigan. Works at Cros-Lex HS. Loves his adventures. Enjoying his time being there now in Cros-Lex Community in his 3rd season at the helm. Good support for the parents in that community…… Keep up the good work.
