Head Coach Jim Harbaugh has done a good job with the revamping of the Coaching Staff in the last 2 years in Ann Arbor. Go 2-4 on the 2020 campaign for the Maize & Blue. That is unacceptable indeed. The firing of DC Don Brown needed to happen on December 22nd, 2020. Don love to play Man Coverage. Play the 4-3 Gimmick Defense. Dr. Blitz. Love doing Old School style of 🏈 on Defense in 2016-20. Didn’t make any adjustments at all period. Ben McDaniels, Ed Warriner, Brian Mary-Jean, Mike Zordich, & couple more. Jim Harbaugh went to a younger staff instead. It worked out nicely indeed in 2021. Hiring of DC Mike MacDonald made a lot of sense. Got him from the Baltimore Ravens in the NFL. He made good adjustments during the course of the game & also at halftime. Bring that 3-4 Defense to the Michigan Wolverines 🏈 Team in 2021. Jim Harbaugh always had the 3-4 Defense while he was the Head Coach for the San Diego Toreros, Stanford Cardinal, San Francisco 49ers, & now the Michigan Wolverines 🏈 Team. Did a fabulous job hiring Mike MacDonald from John Harbaugh’s staff in the NFL. Back there now on his 2nd stint as DC. I did like the hiring of DC Jesse Minter this past off-season from the Vanderbilt Commodores 🏈 Team in Nashville from Head Coach Clark Lea. Jesse has done a heck of job as DC for the 2022 Maize & Blue. Kept the 3-4 Defense in play now. Saw better stats & results in that 3-4 then the 4-3 Defense. Despite losing Aidan Hutchinson to the Detroit Lions & David Ojabo to the Baltimore Ravens in the 2022 NFL Draft in April. Tons of talent at that position now in progress. Still a Top 5 QB Sacks lead in the nation. Players love that 3-4 Defense already now in progress. Seeing better player development & other ones too. Sherrone Moore has done a remarkable job as O-Line Coach in the last 2 years. 2021 Joe Moore Award Winner. Still the best one around period in 2022. Go from TE’s Coach to O-Line. Made a good transition from one place to another. Running Game has been unbelievable. Mike Hart has been a good difference as RB’s Coach in the last 2 years. Look at what he did with Hassan Haskins in 2021. School Record with the most TD runs in a season in 2021. 5 TD Runs against the Ohio State Buckeyes on November 27th, 2021 at The Big House in Ann Arbor. In a 42-27 upset win in front of your home crowd on hand. Blake Corum had 5 TD Runs in a 59-0 win over the UConn Huskies at home on September 17th, 2022. Tied the School Record with Hassan Haskins & Ron Johnson. Mike Elston done good work as D-Line Coach for this unit in 2022. Look at what he has done with Mike Morris, Eyabi Okie, & other ones on the Defensive Line Position. Got him from the Notre Dame Fighting Irish 🏈 Team this past off-season. Work with Jesse Minter for a few years in South Bend. Back together now in Ann Arbor. Brian Kelly took over as LSU Tigers 🏈 Head Coach in Baton Rouge on November 29th, 2021. Going to the 2022 SEC Conference 🏈 Championship Game on December 3rd at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta. Take on the Georgia Bulldogs. Good Recruiter Also Too. Good bunch of players in the Class of 2022 doing good things now for Jim Harbaugh. Grant Newsome, Ronald Bellamy, Jay Harbaugh. Good Coaching Staff on hand now. 10-0 on the 2022 campaign. Beat the Illinois Fighting Illini in OT on December 30th, 2014. Been 22-2 overall record in the last 2 years. With the Revamping Of The Coaching Staff has made a good difference. Player development is getting better as well too. Good core of talent on display. Got 10 plus wins in his time being there anyways. Done better than Rich Rodriguez in 2008-10 & Brady Hoke in 2011-14. Done good work with the team he had out there anyways. Great hire they made out there anyways on December 30th, 2014. Focus on the Illinois Fighting Illini on Saturday at Noon Eastern Time on ABC at The Big House in Ann Arbor. Final home for the Maize & Blue. That is the focus they got out there anyways. Prepare for this squad they taking on this coming weekend. Main focus is going to be. Take one day at a time. Do what it takes for them to succeed against Illinois.
