He was the Defensive Coordinator for the 2021 Vanderbilt Commodores 🏈 Team in Nashville, TN with Head Coach Clark Lea. Once Mike MacDonald took over as DC for the Baltimore Ravens 🏈 Team in the NFL on his 2nd stint with Head Coach John Harbaugh. Mike MacDonald did a fabulous job as DC for the 2021 Michigan Wolverines 🏈 Team for Head Coach Jim Harbaugh. Jesse Minter & Mike MacDonald work together in 2017-20 for the Baltimore Ravens during that time being there. Go from a 4-3 to a 3-4 Defense instead. Working out nicely in the last 2 years.
