Tyler Lamm has come on strong as of late for the Thumb Legion Hockey Team. Nice game against the Bay Shore Thunder last week at home in a 6-3 lost. Kept on coming for more on Saturday & get a 5-2 win over Tawas in the Armed Forces Cup Game at Colleen J. Howe Arena in Sandusky. Captain on this unit this season. Doing a good job with that Department all season long. Loves this sport. Following his Dad’s footsteps & his Uncle Pat’s as well too. Big Detroit Red Wings Hockey Fan. Doing better then they been in the last few years. Credit GM Steve Yzerman on a job well done in that department. Fixing a lot of mistakes Ken Holland made out there with the over signing of Johan Franzen & Frans Nielson’s contract. Finish both of there contracts yet still to come. Heading in the right direction now in Detroit. Tyler is a good leader on the ice & off the ice. Good team player & make everyone else around him better. This unit is better then it was a year ago. Good group of players on this roster. Hard working bunch of them. Go at it 110% at practices & games. Compete with the best of them on the ice. Good group of individuals play your role. Get at it as hard as you can. Seeing that one on display now. Take on Tawas in the Regionals on Wednesday Night in Flint……. Nice performance on Saturday one final time at Colleen J. Howe Arena in Sandusky. Take home the Armed Forces Cup Trophy to Sanilac County once again…….
