Ben Herbert is a really good Strength & Conditioning Coach. Doing off-season workouts right now. Won 25 games on the schedule in the last 2 years. Best moment was beating the Ohio State Buckeyes on November 26th, 2022 at the Horseshoe in Columbus. Get a 45-23 win on the road in a brutal tough hostile environment on Thanksgiving Weekend.
