Mike took over as DC for the Baltimore Ravens in 2022. Jim hired Jesse to be the next DC in 2022. Paid off nicely indeed. No. 1 scoring Defense in the nation in 2023 for the Maize & Blue. Good D-Line Coach in Mike Elston. Jesse & Mike worked very well together with the Notre Dame Fighting Irish Football Team in South Bend, IN in the past years. Back together in Ann Arbor once again now. Good D-Line in the nation. Top 5 leaders in QB Sacks in the last 2 years. They won 26 games in that 2-year span. Back 2 Back 13-0 record. Head Coach Jim Harbaugh has done remarkable job revamping the Coaching Staff around in the last 3 years. Paid dividends during that time frame.
