Addison Cobb is a good Softball player for the North Branch Broncos. She plays CF. Really speed out there. Lefty on this roster. She doesn’t hit for power. Hit for average instead. Find a good way to get on base as much as possible. Plays with a lot of heart & determination on the team. Alyssa Welling resign from the Head Coaching position. She is got 2 daughters she wants to be around with. Her Dad Pat Sharrard is taking over as Head Coach instead. He was the JV for a while. Now, the Varsity Head Coach. 2024 Division 2 District & Regional Champions. Went to the Division 2 Semifinals at Michigan State University Secchia Stadium in East Lansing. Lose to Vestaburg 4-0 in the Semifinal Game. Sophomore on that roster in 2024.
Addison Cobb has Nathan’s speed. Her Dad. Played 1st Base in HS for the Mayville Wildcats Baseball Team in his 4 years on Varsity for the Legendary Head Coach Curt Henderson. Played on 2 Class C Semifinal Teams in his day too in 1993 & 1995. Played on the best squad in 1995. Got to play with the best of the best. Good team player as well too. Good leadoff hitter. Didn’t hit for power. Hit for average instead. Good base stealer. Speed kills. Michelle (Barkowska) Cobb played Softball in HS for the Mayville Wildcats as well too. Both of them Graduated in 1995 at Mayville HS. Her uncle Bill Barkowska loves Baseball the best. 1991 Mayville HS Graduated. Nate & Michelle raised Addison very well….
