Got hired in the 2021 off-season. Bring in GM Brad Holmes at that position he is in now. Done a good job with the NFL Draft Picks 2021-present. Bring in a winning culture already now. Having a good mindset of that one. Bring in good ideas to this organization. Dan knows what he is doing out there anyways. Been a winner ever since he took that position. Lost 2 coordinators to Head Coaching jobs. Ben Johnson with the Chicago Bears & Aaron Glenn with the New York Jets. Dan bought in a winning formula of success. Seeing that one live in action. Bring in good & different packages. Dan has done a remarkable job during his tenure in Detroit. Detroit Lions Man In Charge. Got upset by the Washington Commanders in the NFC Divisional Playoff Game on January 18th, 2025 at Ford Field in Detroit. 45-31 upset lost to the Commanders. No. 1 seed in the NFC Playoffs a year ago. Went 15-3 overall record in the 2024-25 NFL season.
OC John Morton not going to change much at all. Keep it the same like Ben Johnson did. Did a good with QB Bo Nix with Denver Broncos Football Team this past year. Develop QB Bo Nix as a NFL Rookie. Went to the AFC Wild Card Playoff Game. Lose to the Buffalo Bills 35-10 on the road in Orchard Park, New York. They got good tools in play now. Jared Goff, Jahmyr Gibbs, David Montgomery, Amon-Ra St. Brown, Jameson Williams, Sam LaPorta, & other ones in this Offense. They are legit all the way around. Top 3 Offense a year ago.
DC Kelvin Shepphard takes over for Aaron Glenn. Had lots of injuries on that side of the Football during the regular season a year ago. I have the trust & confidence in Dan Campbell’s aggressive play calling & other ideas. Dan is a good NFL Head Coach. Bring that aggressive play on Offense, Defense, & Special Teams side of things.
