Izzy Bernthal is a good role player off the bench for the Frankenmuth Eagles Girls Basketball Team. Gives the team a good lift when Head Coach Joe Jacobs gives Izzy the green light. She goes all on in. I saw that one against the Hemlock Huskies on Saturday at Frankenmuth HS. Give Joe good minutes. Played on JV a year ago as a Freshman. Now on Varsity as a Sophomore. Loves the rough & tough style. Smart player on this roster. Good student of the game & also in the classroom. Got to have good grades in school to play sports. Izzy is got that one. Goes to school, practices, games, & class on time. Learn new things in school & also in Basketball. Brother Hunter Bernthal is a good Football Player for Head Coach Phil Martin this past fall. Went to the Division 5 State Championship Game at Ford Field in Detroit. Lose to the Gladwin Flying GS 10-7 on November 26th, 2022. Good RB on Offense. 5-8 & she is strong & fast. Stephanie Rummel & Kate Conzelmann love what they saw from Izzy Bernthal on Varsity Basketball. Loves to compete with the best of them. Good mindset of one thing at a time. Winner On & Off The Court. Wants to learn more things going forward to the rest of the season. 2 years left to play for the Frankenmuth Eagles Girls Basketball Team. Show me good impression on Saturday in a 55-35 win over the Hemlock Huskies in TVC Crossover Action. 1992 Class B State Championship Team got to see her play as well too. Good Role Player. Good Team Player. Wants to get better heading forward to the rest of the season. Never satisfied at all period. Continue to grow as a player & individual as well. Lead by examples.
