Cros-Lex Pioneers took care of business in the BWAC Conference Volleyball Game on Thursday Night at Cros-Lex HS against the Almont Raiders 3-1. Ryan Wilson still has good players on the team. Despite losing Devyn Gordon to Graduation she had over 1000 kills in her career for the Cros-Lex Pioneers Volleyball Team. She rowing now for the Michigan State Spartans in East Lansing, MI. Sydney Soper is a good setter she Graduated also too. Gabby Childers was a good spiker also too. She graduated as well too. They got Maia Fagan is a good leader on the team this year. Mollie Ripenbark, Abby Francis, & Ashlyn McNeill are also Seniors on the Volleyball Team in 2019. Michelle (Huber) McCulloch was the one that started the program for the Cros-Lex Pioneers Volleyball Team & Program. Ryan Wilson kept on going for it more. Done a good job as Head Coach at Cros-Lex. Got his 300th Career Victory as Head Coach 2 weeks ago. Got his Milestone. Does this in class & style. Almont is not a bad team. They will be in the Middle of the pack in the BWAC Conference. Head Coach Mandy DeHondt does a good job Coaching this program. They got Makayla Gammon playing in 2019. She had to sit out a year ago. She transferred from Brown City. She played Softball on the 2018 Brown City Softball Team as a Sophomore for Head Coach Jeff Pitts. Played Outfield. Doing very well for them in 2019 for the Almont Raiders Volleyball Team. Not the worst team I saw. They will win some games in 2019 in the BWAC Conference. North Branch is the team to beat still in 2019. Despite losing a lot of good ones off the team to Graduation in the 2019 Class. Jim Fish does a remarkable job still. Cros-Lex is a pretty young team in 2019. 6 Juniors, 1 Sophomore, & 1 Freshman Ryan Wilson is got now.
