Went to the Baltimore Ravens join John Harbaugh in the NFL. Help out the Defense & Offense. RB’s Coach in the last 2 years. Led the NFL in Rushing Yards in the last 2 years. Gus Edwards, Mark Ingram & JK Dobbins at the helm in the last 2 years in Baltimore. Had the best record in the regular season in 2019 with a 14-2 record. Got upset in the AFC Divisional Playoff Game at home on January 11th, 2020 against the Tennessee Titans. Next season they got revenge against the Tennessee Titans in the AFC Wild Card Playoff Game in Nashville on January 10th. He has coached QB’s in the past years in High School. Played QB in High School. Went to the Vanderbilt Commodores in 2000-04 in the SEC Conference in Nashville, TN. Knows a lot about Football. Develop Cade McNamara & JJ McCarthy to be Elite QB’s in College Football for the Maize & Blue. One position away is the QB position. Ben McDaniels is long gone now. Up to Matthew Weiss to get it done once again for Jim Harbaugh & company. Talent is there. Gotta use that talent better moving forward to the rest of time now.
