Saw the 8U play in the Imlay City Baseball Team Tournament for the Sandusky Redskins on Sunday July 14th, 2019. Played against the Imlay City Spartans. Lost in a closed one. Took 3rd place in that event. They can hit the Baseball very well & played good D & field the ball very well. They have guys that can do a lot of good stuff for the team to be successful. Won the Capac Tournament following week after the Imlay City one. Good all-around players on this squad. Saw them play in the Brown City event a year ago. Took 2nd place in that one. Future is bright for the Sandusky Redskins Baseball Team & Program. Enjoyed covering that one as well too. See them play in 2020.
