Eric Gardy has done a good job as Defensive Coordinator for the 2019 USA Patriots Football Team. They are playing very well as unit in all 7 games they played in so far. They held a good Cass City Offense to a season low 13 points on the scoreboard in Week 2 of the year. Held the best team around the whole GTC area the Harbor Beach Pirates to 21 points on Friday Night in Harbor Beach. Players have respond very nicely indeed. USA is no slouches at all. They got some good athletes all over the place. Good big guys also too. Coaches the Offensive Line also too. They move the Football very well in this game on Friday Night. Harbor Beach is a good Defensive Team. USA hasn’t had a team to scored over 21 points on the board all season long. There 4-3 on the season. Harbor Beach is the best team they will face all 2019 season long. Got Vassar & Brown City coming up on there schedule also too. Eric believes in those guys to get the job done right. Play smart fundamental sound Defense. They have done that one indeed. His Dad George Gardy was a good Defensive Coordinator for the EPB Lakers Football Team from 1977-06. Head Coach Bill McLellan gave the green light to George Gardy. Best team he had when he was a Defensive Coordinator EPB Lakers Football Team was in 1982. They lost to the Detroit St. Martin DePorres Eagles Football Team in the 1st Rd of the Class C Playoffs 8-7. 1982 squad was better then the 1981 squad overall. 1981 squad won the Class C State Championship Title. Eric learn how to be a good Defensive Coordinator from his Dad George Gardy very well. Eric was a standout Football, Basketball, Track & Field guy in High School at EPB HS. 1996 EPB Lakers HS Graduated. Eric played on a good Basketball Team in his 1996 Class with Seth Maust. Eric was a good Dunker in Basketball also too. Won The Share Of The TCC National Title with the Marlette Red Raiders, Won The Class C District at USA HS, Win The Class C Regional Title at Sandusky HS to there rivals now the Reese Rockets 55-50. Gave Detroit St. Martin DePorres Eagles a good run for there money in the Class C Quarterfinals at Troy Athens HS. Detroit St. Martin DePorres Eagles Went On To Be State Champions In Football & Basketball in the same season. Best Football He Ever Went Up In His Career Was Against The Orchard St. Mary’s Eaglets In The 1st Rd Of The Class CC Playoffs In 1994 Eric Was A Junior In High School. David Bowens Standout LB For Orchard Lake St. Mary’s During That Time. Went On To Play For The Michigan Wolverines Football Team In 1995 & 1996. Eric is a emotional guy & hard working guy also too. Not a easy guy to got along. He is all business & stays focus as Defensive Coordinator for the USA Patriots Football Team for Head Coach Eric Gardy. Went to Central Michigan University to play College Football in Mt. Pleasant, MI. He is tough hard nose coach. His Dad is proud of Eric Gardy has done for the USA Patriots Football Team. He went up against Tim Travis & Gary VanSumeren in the past years too.
